分享會： 如何成為插畫師，展開插畫之路及手繪插畫原畫分享 How to Become an Illustrator, Starting Your Journey in Illustration, and Original Ha

詳細分享如何從全職工作轉為Freelance插畫師的心路歷程，插畫的工作商機及啟發對插畫發展有興趣的參加者的創作思維。  分享會中會分享實際完整插畫師工作流程， 包括如何報價及保障插畫師等， 希望令有意成為插畫師/現有插畫師獲得更多實用直接的行業資訊。 

 Detailed sharing on the journey of transitioning from a full-time worker to a freelance illustrator and the business opportunities in illustration, as well as inspiring creative thinking in participants interested in a career in illustration.   The session will feature the actual complete workflow of an illustrator, including how to provide quotations and protect oneself, with the hope of providing more practical and direct industry information to aspiring and current illustrators.  

關於講者Momo Leung:  

擅長奇幻細緻風格的全職自由插畫師， 香港插畫師協會專業會員及委員會成員。 熱愛藝術創作及有豐富導師經驗，於ohmykids青少年及兒童繪本比賽奪得公開組冠軍 及第四屆中華區插畫獎優秀獎，多年從事插畫工作，作品曾入選多個展覽，  包括誠品書店個人畫展《夢的質感》、JCCAC藝術節《靜紙》展出系列插畫作品， 尖沙咀K11特設個人Show Case展岀「立體插畫隧道書」個展等。  

About the speaker, Momo Leung: A full-time freelance illustrator skilled in a detailed, fantastical style, Momo is a professional member and committee member of the Hong Kong Society of Illustrators. Passionate about artistic creation and with extensive experience as a tutor, Momo has won first prize in the Open Category of the ohmykids youth and children's illustrate book contest and an accolade for excellence at the Fourth Greater China Illustration Awards. Having worked in illustration for many years, Momo's works have been selected for multiple exhibitions, including a personal exhibition at Eslite Bookstore titled "The Texture of Dreams", the "Still Paper" series at the JCCAC Art Festival, and a special personal showcase at Tsim Sha Tsui's K11 featuring a "3D Illustrated Tunnel Book". ​ 

插畫合作單位包括為知名首飾品牌PANDORA作現場活動插畫師、 荃灣及元朗千色匯商場聖誕插畫、西九自由約插畫相框、護膚品牌Fresh及Philosophy、 ​亦曾受邀於香港中央圖書館作演講：如何成為插畫師，展開插畫之路。 運動品牌Lululemon Athletica 活動插畫等； 亦曾參與拍攝節目《文化新領域》、《明報》 及MetroPop等個人專訪。  

Momo has collaborated on illustration projects with well-known brands such as PANDORA, serving as a live event illustrator, created Christmas illustrations for Citimall at Tsuen Wan and Yuen Long as well as frames for Free Space Fest at West Kowloon, and worked with skincare brands Fresh and Philosophy. Momo had also been invited to speak at the Hong Kong Central Library on how to become an illustrator and embark on a career in illustration. Other collaborations include event illustrations for athletic brand Lululemon Athletica; Momo has also participated in the television programme "Cultural Engine 4U", and has been interviewed personally by Ming Pao and MetroPop.   

插畫風格奇幻細膩，喜愛自然元素，擅長使用水彩、鉛筆和木顏色等媒介。 繪畫時腦中彷彿存在著另一個世界，透過雙手畫出現實不存在的幻想空間， 目前活躍於創作各種原創插畫、演講、以導師身份作不同藝術教育、品牌插畫工作及創作個人繪本中。  

Momo’s illustration style is intricately fantastical. She enjoys incorporating natural elements, expertly using media like watercolour, pencils, and wood colours. While drawing, it’s as if another world exists in Momo's mind, which she brings to life through her hands, creating spaces of fantasy that don’t exist in reality. Currently, Momo is active in creating various original illustrations, lecturing, teaching in different artistic capacities, undertaking brand illustration projects, and creating personal illustrated books.
